Tamika Josephs-Smith is the CEO and Founder of Diamond Event Services, known for creating polished, strategic, and unforgettable event experiences. With a refined eye for detail and a dedication to execution, she leads events that connect, inspire, and deliver measurable impact.

She is also the force behind The Pink Event, an annual VIP celebration for women in business, and the founder of the Thriving Professional Entrepreneur (TPE) Community, a growing space for entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to grow through connection, clarity, and collaboration.
