Founder & CEO, Diamond Event Services
For sixteen years, The Pink Event® has been rooted in a simple belief: when women come together with purpose, meaningful connections are created, communities are strengthened, and lives are impacted.
Founded by Tamika Josephs-Smith, The Pink Event has grown from a small gathering into a signature experience celebrating leadership, connection, and community while creating space for women to learn, grow, and inspire one another.
As The Pink Event celebrates its Sweet 16 Legacy Edition, Tamika remains committed to creating intentional experiences that leave women feeling encouraged, connected, and empowered long after the evening ends.

Tiffany "Lady T" Watson
We're honored to welcome Tiffany "Lady T" Watson as the Event Host for The Pink Event® 2026: Sweet 16 Legacy Edition.
An Emmy-nominated television host, award-winning journalist, producer, and media personality, Lady T is known for creating meaningful conversations that inform, inspire, and connect communities. Through her work on FOX45 BMore Lifestyle and throughout the region, she has built a reputation for authenticity, warmth, and genuine connection.
As we celebrate sixteen years of The Pink Event®, we're excited to have Lady T guide an evening centered on connection, inspiration, and community. Her passion for uplifting others beautifully reflects the spirit of this year's Sweet 16 Legacy Edition.
Entertainment
Live performances that set the tone for an evening of celebration, reflection, and connection.
Music and spoken word will bring artistry and energy to the Sweet 16 Legacy Edition, creating moments to enjoy, feel, and experience throughout the evening.
Returning for her third consecutive year, jazz pianist and vocalist Sara Jones will welcome guests during our Opening Celebration Hour with a beautiful blend of live piano and vocals.
Joining the evening is Dr. Rebecca Dupas, a poet, author, and multidisciplinary artist, who will take the stage for a special poetry and spoken word performance.
Together, these artists will bring two distinct expressions of artistry to the Sweet 16 Legacy Edition—music to welcome you in and words designed to make you feel.

Krista Everett
Grief Coach and Founder of Soothe the Soul and Grief in Bloom
Krista Everett is a speaker, grief coach, and creative wellness facilitator who helps women navigate grief, loss, and life transitions through creativity, reflection, and intentional self-care.
As the founder of Soothe the Soul and Grief in Bloom, she creates supportive spaces where women can move through grief without pressure to rush their healing. Through speaking, workshops, and community experiences, Krista blends creative expression with guided reflection to help women reconnect with themselves, process loss, and find hope beyond their pain.
Her mission is to normalize grief by creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to grieve out loud while building lives that still hold purpose and possibility.

Co-Founder & Executive Director, For 3 Sisters
Shannon Moneymaker is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of For 3 Sisters, where she is devoted to making a difference in the lives of those who have been touched by breast cancer.
With 20 years of pharmacy experience spanning community pharmacy, case management, research, and clinical trials, along with more than two decades of nonprofit experience, Shannon brings a diverse portfolio of experience to the For 3 Sisters team and its programs.
She is also a Board Certified Patient Advocate and currently serves as Program Manager and primary Resource Case Manager for the Road to Resources Program.

Yes! The Sweet 16 Legacy Raffle Experience will feature 16 curated prizes and experiences. Guests may purchase raffle tickets at the event and place them into the prize drawings of their choice. One hundred percent of raffle proceeds will support our charity partner, For 3 Sisters.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us in advance of the event.

Yes. The Pink Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in photo and video content that may be used by Diamond Event Services and The Pink Event for marketing, promotional, and future event purposes.
