About the Honors

The Pink Event Honors recognizes exceptional women whose work, leadership, service, and influence are making a meaningful difference in business, community, and beyond. As part of The Pink Event: Sweet 16 Legacy Edition, we are proud to celebrate women whose contributions deserve to be seen, recognized, and remembered.

Women from all backgrounds and industries may be nominated, including:

Award Categories

The Pink Event Honors celebrates women whose leadership, service, innovation, resilience, and impact are making a meaningful difference in their communities, industries, and beyond. Nominators may select the category that best reflects the nominee's contributions.

Not sure which category fits best?

Select the category that most closely aligns with the nominee's primary impact. The review committee may reassign nominations to a different category if another award is a better fit.

The Elevation Award

Honors a woman who transforms turning points into launching pads, consistently rising to new heights while creating a path for others to follow. Her journey reflects what is possible when vision, courage, and action come together, and her impact can be seen in the doors she opens for women coming behind her.

The Ripple Effect Award

Celebrates a woman whose actions create waves of change that extend far beyond any single room, project, or moment. Her influence is reflected in the lives she touches, the culture she shifts, and the opportunities that continue to grow because of her leadership and generosity.

The Emerging Powerhouse Award

Recognizes a rising force whose momentum is undeniable and whose presence signals what is coming next. She is building with intention, demonstrating boldness and consistency, and already creating meaningful results that suggest an even greater legacy ahead.

The She Lifts Award

Honors the heart-centered leader who makes elevation a shared experience rather than a solo climb. She creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strengthened, and her influence is measured not only by what she accomplishes but by how many others rise because of her.

The Founder’s Choice Award

Honors a woman who embodies the spirit of The Pink Event through her purpose, presence, and the way she shows up for herself and others. She reflects the values of authenticity, resilience, service, and community in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and impactful.

Yes! Self-nominations are welcome. We encourage women who are making a meaningful impact through their leadership, service, business, advocacy, mentorship, or community involvement to nominate themselves for consideration.
Absolutely. You may submit multiple nominations; however, a separate nomination form must be completed for each nominee.
No. There is no cost to submit a nomination for The Pink Event Honors.
Attendance is encouraged but not required to be considered for recognition. Additional details will be shared directly with selected honorees.
Nominations will be reviewed after the nomination period closes on July 31, 2026. Selected honorees will be contacted directly prior to The Pink Event 2026: Sweet 16 Legacy Edition.
Honorees are selected based on the information provided in their nomination, including their leadership, impact, achievements, service, and alignment with the spirit of the award category. The review committee may reassign nominations to a different category if it is a better fit.
The strongest nominations are specific, thoughtful, and story-driven. We encourage nominators to share meaningful examples of the nominee's impact, leadership, and contributions rather than providing only general praise.
