Tara F. Bradley
Owner, Sugaring NYC – Crofton | Director of Operations, Johns Hopkins Health System
Tara F. Bradley is an entrepreneur and operations leader whose work is grounded in people development, opportunity, and creating environments where others can thrive.
As the owner of Sugaring NYC – Crofton, Tara brings her passion for personal care and professional development together, creating opportunities for beauty professionals to build specialized skills and grow their careers. In her role as Director of Operations for the Johns Hopkins Health System, she leads with a focus on developing people, strengthening teams, and creating inclusive, welcoming environments.
Across both leadership and entrepreneurship, Tara is intentional about creating opportunities for others. Her work reflects a commitment to building strong teams, opening doors, and helping people recognize and reach their potential.
Jasmin Curtiss
Creator, Metro Moving Movement
Jasmin Curtiss is a Baltimore-rooted creative professional, publicist, writer, and wellness advocate whose work is centered on movement, health, and helping others find pathways to greater well-being.
A native New Yorker with Baltimore roots and a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, Jasmin spent a decade building experience across public relations, cheer and dance coaching, and beauty and lifestyle writing. Her diverse creative background ultimately led her to develop the Metro Moving Movement, creating avenues for people to move, connect, and embrace healthier ways of living.
Jasmin brings together her passion for wellness, creativity, and community to encourage others to keep moving — physically, mentally, and personally. Through her work, she continues to create opportunities that inspire people to prioritize their well-being and discover what is possible when movement becomes part of the journey.
Monique Duell
Founder, This Ability LLC | Advocate • International Speaker • Author
Monique Duell is an advocate, international speaker, Amazon bestselling author, and proud mother whose work is deeply rooted in advocacy, education, and support for families navigating disability.
Inspired by her personal experiences as the mother of a son with cerebral palsy and as a sister to a brother with autism and epilepsy, Monique founded This Ability LLC to serve special needs families through advocacy, education, and support. Her commitment to this work has led her to become a respected voice in disability advocacy and caregiver support.
A graduate of Denver Seminary and a Partners in Policymaking graduate, Monique brings both lived experience and professional preparation to her advocacy. Through her writing, speaking, ministry, and community work, she continues to help families feel seen, supported, and empowered while bringing greater awareness to the experiences of people with disabilities and those who care for them.
Johary Peralta
Founder & CEO, Divines NYC | Award-Winning Chef & Pastry Chef
Johary Peralta is a Dominican-Brazilian entrepreneur, award-winning chef and pastry chef, event curator, motivational speaker, and community advocate whose work brings women, culture, and connection together.
As the Founder and CEO of Divines NYC, Johary creates spaces that support women and small businesses through networking, cultural experiences, and opportunities for greater visibility. Her work also extends through Divine Cultura Bites and the Cultura Cura Foundation, where food, culture, community, and purpose intersect.
Across her entrepreneurial and creative work, Johary is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, fostering connection, and helping others see the power of their own stories. Her journey reflects a commitment to building with purpose, honoring where we come from, and creating something that can have an impact beyond the moment.
Nykidra “Nyki” Robinson
Founder & CEO, Black Girls Vote
Nykidra “Nyki” Robinson is a Baltimore native, community leader, and founder whose work is rooted in civic engagement, empowerment, and creating pathways for women to use their voices and influence.
With more than 17 years of experience in outreach, project management, and community engagement, Nyki founded Black Girls Vote, a nonpartisan grassroots organization dedicated to mobilizing Black women to recognize and use their collective voting power. Under her leadership, the organization has created initiatives that connect civic participation with community, including its Party at the Mailbox campaign, which expanded to multiple cities across the country.
A first-generation college graduate with a background spanning business, leadership, international studies, and public administration, Nyki has been recognized for her leadership and community impact at both the state and national levels. Through her work, she continues to create space for Black women to be informed, engaged, and powerful participants in shaping their communities and their futures.

The Pink Event Honors celebrates women whose leadership, service, creativity, and commitment to others are making a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
Created as part of The Pink Event® Sweet 16 Legacy Edition, the Honors shine a light on women who are using their voices, talents, experiences, and influence to create positive change and leave something meaningful behind.
Each year, honorees are selected through a thoughtful nomination and review process designed to recognize the depth and breadth of women's impact—not simply what they have accomplished, but the difference they are making along the way.
The Pink Event Honors is a celebration of women who are not only making an impact today, but helping shape what comes next.
